Prosperity Goldfields Corp.

On April 24, 2012, Novo completed the purchase of 1,987,527 common shares and 833,333 share purchase warrants of Prosperity Goldfields Corp. (TSXV:PPG) from Evolving Gold Corp. (see Novo news release of February 29, 2012). Of these securities, 1,192,516 of the Prosperity Goldfields Corp. Shares and 500,000 of the Prosperity Goldfields Corp. Warrants were held in escrow as at the date of completion of the transaction. Each share purchase warrant is exercisable into one common share of Prosperity Goldfields Corp. at a price of $0.25 per share until November 5, 2012.
