On January 16th of 2012, Novo participated in a private placement for 7,000,000 shares of EurOmax Resources Ltd at $.22 each for a total of $1,540,000. In addition, the purchase included 7,000,000 warrants to buy an additional share of EurOmax at $.30 until January 16th of 2014.
